AFTER INSPIRATION COMES PERSPIRATION!!

I have aspirations of becoming a Mary Kay Sales Director and enjoying the freedom, flexibility and family security.

The position of Leadership has nothing to do with luck. It has everything to do with discipline. 

This is what I do in my office at the end of most days:

1. Create an organizational systems that I could teach a teenager or someone to do for minimum wage.
2. Practice my table set up, skin care class, interviewing and inventory discussions.
3. Tape record my voice and listen to my voice for cell messages and video my skin care class presentations.
4. Create generic flyers, text messages and email that could be personalized for use with customers and future team members.

The list is endless! 

When I worked in Corporate America this is what I did and it worked.  So I am going back to what I know and let it work for me - as the business owner!

I want to share what I have learned and I want to groom women who want to go to the NEXT LEVEL in what ever they are passionate about.
